Bank of China is the most internationalized and diversified bank in China, with institutions in 64 countries and regions in mainland China and abroad. In November 2015, Bank of China was selected as a global systemically important bank for five consecutive years. In July 2017, the British magazine “The Banker” released the “Top 1000 Banks in the World”, and Bank of China ranked 4th. In 2018, it ranked 46th on the Fortune Global 500. On September 1, 2019, the 2019 China Top 500 Service Enterprises List was released in Jinan, and Bank of China Co., Ltd. ranked 6th. In 2021, it ranked 39th on the Fortune Global 500. In 2022, it ranked 17th on the Fortune China 500.
